We Care and Friends

We Care and Friends and Larry Griffin are getting ready to open a Winter Relief Shelter at the Stanton Community Center.

This shelter will be run in the gym and help all those who need protection from the cold and weather. We are thankful to Naval Academy for food, Food Bank for paper supplies, and Chief Simmons from the Office of Emergency Management for helping up set up and support the local homeless.

OUR WISH LIST OF BLESSINGS THAT WILL HELP TO OPEN OUR DOORS
- Blankets
- Pillows and pillowcases
- Cots
- Cases of water
- Towels
- Yoga Mats
- Healthy packaged snacks (granola bars, dried fruit, nuts, etc)
- Hotel sized shampoo, soap, etc.
- Feminine hygiene products

Donations can be left at the We Care and Friends office in the Stanton Community Center at 92 W. Washington Street in Annapolis, MD. You can call 410-263-2874 with any questions.
