Produced and directed by Bruce Burns, Why We Care is the story of an ordinary man, who through self-destructive behavior, became homeless, drug-addicted and jailed.  It is also the story of an extraordinary man, who through self-determination, perseverance and dedication turned his life around and used his experiences to change the lives of those in the community most in need.  Why We Care is the story of Larry Griffin, recently named one of the “13 Newsmakers for 2013” by The Capital newspaper.
